Our founder, Julie, grew up in Kansas City and studied Business Administration with a focus on finance. She entered the trucking world through factoring and financing, where she quickly developed a deep understanding of how the industry works — and where it often falls short.
Over the years, Julie took on roles across safety, accounting, compliance, operations, and driver management, gaining a 360° view of what keeps a fleet running strong. After working with countless carriers, she saw one clear truth: success in trucking isn’t about size, it’s about discipline, culture, and care for people.
